Skills

• At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency department (ED), call center, or triage settings within a healthcare office.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent computer skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and decision-making.
• Compact RN licenses are encouraged, and additional state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telephone triage health advice to patients and caregivers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of care.
• Offer triage services during after-hours, ensuring that patients receive the same standard of care they would expect from their primary provider.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated success in triage nursing or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Education Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited nursing program.

• RN licensure required.
